Vic Mensa is the newest member of the Roc. The Chicago rapper has inked a deal with Roc Nation Records.

He made it official on Tuesday. In the announcement video, which premiered onTIDAL, the 21-year-old Savemoney co-founder meets with Jay Z and signs his deal.
