A female suicide bomber attacked the home of a
 village head, Bulama Isa in Maiduguri yesterday
 evening, killing his three wives and their 10
 children yesterday December 27th. The incident
 happened as Boko haram members engaged the
 Nigerian troops in a gun battle earlier yesterday
 evening.
 Eyewitnesses say the woman pretended Boko
 Haram was chasing her, as she ran into the
 compound of the village head.
 "She ran into Bulama Isa's compound
 shouting 'Boko Haram, Boko Haram. When
 the families of Isa all came out of their
 rooms to meet the woman in the center of
 their compound, the woman simply
 detonated the bomb she had under her
 garment killing the man his three wives
 and ten children" a witness said
 Bulama Isa who had not returned home yet at
 the time his home came under attack managed
 to survive another suicide attack at the entrance
 of his home. Sources said another female suicide
 who was lurking in the dark as the grief struck
 head of the family walked into his attacked
 compound, jumped out and detonated herself:
 but the village head was lucky again.
 He was able to escape with minor injury, but the
 blast had succeeded in killing a woman with her
 baby.

 still rely on 75 per cent importation of fuel
 throughout the whole of next year.
 According to him:
 "The future is that, Nigeria is still going to
 import fuel in 2016 and beyond. Best case
 situation is 25 per cent local and 75 per
 cent importation. Worse case is what we
 are experiencing now.
 "Until we begin to get individuals who can
 co-relocate, we are going to be doing a
 mixture of local and importation of fuel to
 meet up demands. In the next few weeks,
 however, queues will disappear in fuel
 stations."
 The minister said that the Kaduna refinery will
 soon be producing more than two million litres
 per day capacity as soon as an Fluid Catalytic
 Cracking, FCC, unit is fully on stream.
 He said:
 "We need to get it back to re-kit it to work
 well. We will do that with some level of
 production going on. Our concern is to
 have a consistent production and
 provision of products at all times."
 "We will not be fluctuating prices, we will
 take an average. Today no subsidy, in
 January we will look at the situation and
 announce it."
 In regards to privatization, he said:
 "President Muhammadu Buhari has not
 approved any policy about selling the
 refineries."

"The flight plan the airline filed with us was going to Kuala Lumpur but via a slightly different route than the pilot was expecting." Airways will "work closely" with the much- maligned carrier to find out how the confusion came about, the spokeswoman said. Last year, 577 crew and passengers lost their lives on two separate Malaysia Airlines flights. Flight MH370 disappeared between Kuala Lumpur and Beijing for unknown reasons in March and MH17 was shot down by a Russian-made missile over Ukraine in July.New Zealand aviation commentator Peter Clark praised the pilot for his actions. "The pilot has done a very good job by noticing it, querying it and not just blindly flying off and ending up in the Southern Ocean," he said. He claims he found that mascara (used Cover Girl--ick!-- I wear Lancome, which I replace every 6 months because of eye allergies) on the ground at work before I left to go take care of my sick mom in another state. (NO, I didn't just go off and leave him!) It's been in the truck ever since. So..... The immaculate truck (I've NEVER seen him clean a vehicle in 15 years!) had the mascara in it for 8+ months? And somehow I'd want used mascara he found on the ground? And he saved it, even when cleaning up the truck? I haven't even mentioned the bra to him. (What's the point?) Your bag of clothes that you washed inside out: He tried to stop me from throwing some women's and children's clothes away that I found in a bag in the garage, claiming they belonged to our friend M's nephew... (there were some boys clothes, some small girl's clothing, and woman's... so I call BS on that! btw....Nice tastes in shirts. I like Ralph Lauren plaid, too, but you appear to be a bit bigger than me....) he glummly shut up when I cheerily reminded him that M's nephew has grown, so any of the clothes would be out grown. Well, recently he's lost weight, quit drinking (that was 15 years of h*ll for me and the kids) bought himself a NEW truck (without consulting / asking me). But guess what? That nice house and property you saw, and new truck, and all his new tools? ***I OWN HALF OF ALL OF IT***. So you won't be living in my nice house, we'll be selling it. And he may not have mentioned all my grad school debt... We'll be splitting that as well. So guess what you have??? You, my dear, are the proud new doormat for a middle-aged man who has been a contractor- type all his life. He's fairly smart though, but at 56 his body will not hold out much longer, and he's doesn't have a wide skill-set. He's somewhat heavy-set, pretty good looking, but he will not be wealthy after we split things (nor will I). Congrats! He's quite the catch! (Well, it looks that way from the outset, now, before the divorce) My prediction though is that he'll have to move into a little apartment he can afford. (I don't think he thought all these consequences through. Somehow, in his mind, I'd just disappear and leave him with you, the house, the toys, and the assets?) Oh, and you'll have my dogs, too. They were a present from me to us, and I trained them for a year... but since they're purebreds, guess what? THEY'RE PROPERTY WITH AN ATTACHED VALUE!!!! My guess on their value: They're worth about about $3K. ... Thank you very much!!!! I'll take something of equal value, like the TV, generator, fridge and some of those nifty new tools! Now, you may have kids (since there were ice cream cones in my pantry and sugary cereal and milk left at the house--I've never seen him eat that crap, ever, in 15 years. btw. The milk went bad. I threw it out. You bought it at Tops in Cicero one evening in late August. I found the receipt. You bought all that weird crap in one evening, after the trip to Fun Junction and then the return to the house.) so, if you have kids, you should know that he has a tendency to over-buy stuff and send the family into debt. There were a few years (before I graduated from grad school) when I had to go to food banks to keep our kids fed. Good luck with that. I'm sure he's changed, although judging from new toys he's bought... maybe not so much. My advice: Don't marry him. If you do, then HALF OF YOUR STUFF IS HIS! He'll use you up, he's a selfish lover, he's a spend-a-holic, and it's likely he'll revert to booze. His financial decisions will drive you into bankruptcy. (He's done it twice) His family will hate you (they're weird, you'll see), and he has a tendency to do incredibly stupid stuff. Like the type of stuff that will **get YOU in trouble** even though you have no control over his actions/behavior! he'll get mad because you "nag" and say stuff like "Don't drive to work drunk and get in a crash!" <--Yup that's an example of my nagging and controlling behavior... Of course, since you've been boffing my husband, and you must know I am still in the picture (my stuff is ALL OVER THE HOUSE) ...OR... you may just be incredibly stupid... Maybe you deserve him. You and he ruined my life, stole the life I spent 15 years trying to build with him, destroyed my identity... I wish I could say I "wish you the best," but it's more like "I think you're about to get what you deserve." FYI: He (we) own a new (used) white truck with nice warm leather seats, along with a few other vehicles (which he works on...btw. Some of those classic cars are MINE from before the marriage,) You may have been in his old truck (mascara story). My (our) two dogs are large, gorgeous, "matching" in looks and after initial meeting, well behaved. (Yell the German command "Pluatzen!" to the female, and open your hand as you say it... She will still go right down, in front of you, even from a dead run.) My husband's sister, whose first name starts with "C" has an @ss you could park a Peterbuilt on! We (I) own a gorgeous property with a stream and pond, out in the woods. (That should help for identification purposes!!!) He went to Fun Junction (btw, he took all the Fun Junction coins I'd saved for sentimental value from when the boys were little--thanks. You stole my memories of my happy days with my children). You googled the address for Fun Junction from our house computer (he hates google and only uses bing), then according to his phone he drove there. Later, you two stopped at Tops in Cicero, bought ice cream cones and sugary cereal (and cheap wine coolers.... eeeewwwww) and you returned to the house. Then YOU googled 15 minutes worth of YouTube videos on "La Lupe"--some kind of weird Cuban singer from the 60s and 70s. You actually put him through 4 videos and 15 minutes worth of that!!!! Hahahahahahah!!!! He had to have been cringing inside, because (and here's a little secret), I liked Salsa until I met him--and he HATED it so much, I gave up ever listening to it.... I wish I could have been a fly on the wall for that one! Pfft. What a guy will go through to get laid.... If you're a real, actually nice person, that has been duped, just know that he's gotten very good at lying. He's a lot of fun. He's a great cook, and a great talker...And he's not single, he's just trying to get laid. Or worse.  I felicitate with all Nigerians, especially our
 Christian brothers and sisters, on the joyous
 occasion of this year's Christmas. On this
 occasion of the commemoration of the birth
 of Jesus Christ, let us all rededicate
 ourselves to the virtues of peace, love,
 honesty, justice, equity, piety, humility and
 service to others which he taught.
 There can be no doubt that a greater
 manifestation of these virtues and ideals in our
 lives will immensely help us to become a more
 united, peaceful, secure and progressive nation.
 Let us also reach out in love and compassion to
 fellow Nigerians who are in distress at this period
 of our nation's history.
 I particularly urge you all to remember victims of
 terrorism and insurgency in the country,
 especially Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs).
 The Federal Government will continue to
 collaborate with state governments and other
 stakeholders to ease the harsh conditions in IDP
 camps, while the ultimate objective remains to
 quickly put an end to insurgency and return the
 IDPs to their homes.
 We must never again allow any group to hold the
 nation to ransom under whatever guise.
 Let us also not allow current socio-economic and
 security challenges to dampen our expectations
 for a better Nigeria.
 This administration has taken a number of
 measures to restore hope to our people. The 2016
 Budget defines our commitment to giving Nigeria
 a new lease of life.
 Our change slogan is not a campaign gimmick
 but a promise that must be kept. We are
 determined to bring about tangible changes in
 the lives of our people.
 In this regard, efforts will be intensified to recover
 stolen funds, block revenue leakages and
 enthrone due process, transparency and
 accountability.
 Public office is a public trust that must be held to
 the highest ethical standards.
 I wish all Nigerians a Merry Christmas.

 . He pleaded guilty to three counts of sexual
 assault on December 14. He was handed a 16-
 week suspended sentence and banned for five
 years from approaching any woman he does not
 know while using public transport.
 49-year-old Udo, from Ilford, assaulted the same
 23-year-old woman on two separate occasions
 while travelling on the Central Line last year.
 
 He approached her and began touching her after
 boarding trains at Hainault station at about 9pm
 on both occasions, Snaresbrook Crown Court
 heard.
 
 After she reported the incidents to police in
 January, another woman also came forward to
 say she had been assaulted by the man.
 Detective Constable Martin Chapman said:
 
 "No woman should fear using public transport,
 and we are committed to working with our
 partners to keep the rail network a safe place.
 
 "I am pleased Udo has been brought before the
 courts to answer for his disgusting behaviour,
 and I would like to thank the women involved for

 He made an illegal entry into Europe with his
 wife.
 "I just can't believe this, I can tell you that

 between the two of us," he told the
 newspaper which published a photo of
 Ngame holding his winning ticket.
 Ngame and his wife arrived eight years ago in
 the resort island of Tenerife, a part of Spain's

 rescued by Spain's coast guard when the boat

 "There were 65 people on that boat. I
 want to give thanks to Spaniards and the

<div>Government Ekpemupolo, a former Niger Delta militant, has been taken to court on a 40-count criminal charge of unlawful conversion alongside Patrick Akpobolokemi, a former boss of the Nigerian Maritime Administratiion and Safety Agency (NIMASA).According to Sahara Reporters, they were charged to court by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) on Tuesday, December 22, at the Federal High Court in Lagos.<div style="margin: 20px auto; max-width: 100%; height: auto; color: rgb(38, 50, 56); font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 16px; line-height: 22px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); width: 410px;"><img alt="Tompolo, who had reportedly gone into hiding to evade EFCC arrest, has been charged to court." class="wp-image-541586 size-full" height="270" src="https://i.onthe.io/vllkyt7qp49nuscn2.dab49460.jpg" style="max-width: 100%; margin: 20px auto; height: auto;" width="400">Tompolo, who had reportedly gone into hiding to evade EFCC arrest, has been charged to court.</div>Reports say about $108.7m and N2.1billion, being property of NIMASA, had been allegedly converted by the pair as they were proceeds of stealing.Others charged alongside the major suspects include Global West Vessel Specialist Limited, Odimiri Electricals Limited, Kime Engozu, Boloboere Property and Estate Ltd, Rex Elem, Destre Consult Ltd, Gregory Mbonu and Captain Warredi Enisuoh.Festus Keyamo, the EFCC prosecutor, filed the suit, FHC/L/5539C/15, in which 16 of the counts, alleged that Ekpemupolo, Akpobolokemi, Global West Vessel Specialist Ltd, Odimiri Electrical Ltd, Boloboere Property Estate, Kime Engozu and Simon John Adomene, who is currently at large, conspired amongst themselves between 2012 and 2014 to commit the offence, knowing that the two sums of money were proceeds of stealing.Rex Elem, Gregory Mbonu and Destre Consult Ltd in counts 17-38 of the criminal charge, allegedly converted the sum of N106.8m, property of Global West Vessel Specialist Ltd, despite knowing that the sum was derived from official corruption.And the prosecutor, in counts 39 and 40, alleged further that Captain Warredi Enisuoh converted the sum of N8million, property of Global West Vessel Specialist, with the knowledge that the fund was garnered through corrupt means.The accused are now facing charges on the offences said to be contrary to, and punishable under the Money Laundering Act of 2012, while Akpolobokemi is currently standing trial in two different courts of the Federal High Court in Lagos for other offences.Only last week, <a href="https://www.naij.com/664901-need-read-ex-militant-tompolo-done-evade-efccs-arrest.html" itemprop="url" style="color: rgb(34, 149, 112);">reports emerged that Tompolo had to hide underground in the creeks of Bayelsa state to evade arrest after being summoned by the anti-graft agency.</a>‎</div><div> </div><div>man*</div>
